Holli Cappelli was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Cape May, NJ, which she now calls home with her partner, a local commercial fisherman Doug and their beloved dog Bree. Before diving into the world of real estate, Holli spent several years as a bartender and waitress at two popular local restaurants., The Lobster House / Raw Bar and the Inn of Cape May / Aleathea’s Restaurant. Working in the hospitality industry has allowed Holli to develop excellent communication skills.

Holli strives to build lasting relationships with her clients through understanding and open communication. With a deep passion for helping others, Holli seamlessly transitioned into the Real Estate Industry.
